The Sora platform, branding, and Sora Originals are the property of Sora. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use Sora's intellectual property.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any content. Third-party content is provided by external parties and Sora does not endorse or assume responsibility for it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
